Bowser complex Lozenets

Description

We present to you the residential building "Bowser" in the residential area. "Lozenets"

Construction will commence in June 2023 and be completed in June 2025.

The building has one entrance, two underground levels with garages and parking spaces and six above-ground floors with two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments.

There are 2 payment options: 

Option I

1. 25% - within seven days of signing the Preliminary Agreement;
2. 10% - at completion slab elevation ± 0.00;
3. 15% - on completion of third slab;
4. 15% - on completion of roof-concrete /Act 14/;
5. 5% - when 50% is implemented by the installations;
6. 5% - when performing 50% of the plasters;
7. 5% - when installing the window frames;
8. 85% - upon signing of Act 15 for the building;
9. 5% - upon issuance of a certificate of occupancy (Act 16).

Option II

1. 20% - within seven days of signing the Preliminary Agreement;
2. 80% - upon issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy (Act 16);

NB: the price is oxpied with 12%.
