Description

We present to you a closed residential building "Druzhba - Spisarevski"

In residential buildings "Druzhba - Spisarevski" are presented different variants and layouts of apartments from the 1st to the top floor: with one and two bedrooms.

There are 2 payment options: 

Option I

1. 25% - within seven days of signing the Preliminary Agreement;
2. 10% - at completion slab elevation ± 0.00;
3. 15% - on completion of third slab;
4. 15% - on completion of roof-concrete /Act 14/;
5. 5% - when 50% is implemented by the installations;
6. 5% - when performing 50% of the plasters;
7. 5% - when installing the window frames;
8. 85% - upon signing of Act 15 for the building;
9. 5% - upon issuance of a certificate of occupancy (Act 16).

Option II

1. 20% - within seven days of signing the Preliminary Agreement;
2. 80% - upon issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy (Act 16);

NB: the price is oxpied with 12%.
